Job Summary
Coordinate and manage export sea freight shipments, documentation, and communication to ensure timely, accurate processing. Support ship husbandry services and collaborate within teams to meet operational goals in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate booking, shipment scheduling, and documentation for export sea freight shipments to ensure timely and accurate processing
- Manage email correspondence with local and overseas customers, principals, and agents to facilitate clear and effective communication
- Coordinate husbandry services for ships calling Singapore for bunkering operations
- Organize and verify shipment documentation and operational tasks with attention to detail to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Collaborate effectively within a team while independently managing assigned responsibilities to achieve operational goals
- Utilize Microsoft Office applications proficiently to prepare reports, correspondence, and maintain accurate shipment records
- Adapt work methods and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines in fast-paced and dynamic operational environments
Required competencies and certifications
- Minimum Diploma Holder or equivalent
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Experience working in Shipping Companies preferred but not essential as training will be provided
