Senior Business Analyst (Singapore)

As a Business Analyst, you will:
- Business Analysis & Process Design
- Lead interviews, workshops, and discovery sessions to identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and digital transformation.
- Translate business needs into clear functional and technical requirements.
- Create user stories, define acceptance criteria, and support backlog prioritization.
- Document and analyze AS-IS and TO-BE business processes.
- Perform organizational, operational, and technology impact assessments.
- Product & Engineering Collaboration
- Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Support product roadmap planning and product strategy discussions.
- Ensure a shared understanding of functional requirements across cross-functional teams.
- Participate in solution validation, user acceptance testing (UAT), and delivery follow-up.
- Communication & Stakeholder Management
- Prepare executive presentations, dashboards, and business documentation.
- Facilitate workshops, alignment meetings, and stakeholder discussions.
- Work effectively in global, cross-cultural environments.
- Support business decision-making through structured analysis and data-driven recommendations.
- Fluent English, with excellent verbal communication skills.
- Experience using Azure DevOps.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst on technology and software development projects.
- Strong experience in requirements elicitation, discovery workshops, and business process modeling.
- Exceptional communication skills, including verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication.
- Experience working with global teams and executive-level stakeholders.
- Experience supporting industrial or manufacturing environments.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience with Cognite Data Fusion or the Cognite platform.
- Previous experience in a consulting environment.
- Knowledge of Power BI, data analytics, and business intelligence.
- Professional certifications in Business Analysis, Agile, or Scrum (such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, PSM, or CSM).
- Experience supporting industrial digital transformation initiatives.
