Join a dynamic team as a Technical Customer Service Executive, providing essential installation and service for a premium range of products. This role offers a unique opportunity to engage with customers and deliver top-notch service.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical installation and customer service for a diverse range of products.
- Conduct installations in adherence to corporate guidelines and technical standards.
- Act as a professional representative in all customer interactions.
- Collaborate effectively with internal and external team members.
- Follow up on unresolved issues promptly and efficiently.
- Offer necessary service and assistance as required by the role.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the electrical installation and maintenance of appliances.
- Experience with cooling appliances, including refrigerators, freezers, and wine coolers.
- Proficient in compressor replacements and gas charging for cooling systems.
- Ability to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues effectively.
- Possess a valid Class 3 Driving License.
- Strong communication skills to effectively engage with customers and deliver persuasive service.
- Understanding of mechanical and electrical schematics is advantageous.
