Responsibilities

Perform hairstyling, haircutting, and chemical hair services to meet client needs and enhance appearance

Apply hair colouring, perms, and treatment techniques with precision to achieve desired results

Consult with customers to understand their hairstyle preferences and recommend suitable options

Respond promptly and effectively to customer requests to ensure a positive salon experience

Train hairstylists and assistants to improve their technical skills and service quality

Manage colleagues by coordinating tasks and fostering a collaborative work environment
