Key responsibilities
- Oversee daily spa operations, including treatment schedules, customer appointments, staff deployment, facilities, equipment, cleanliness, hygiene, grooming, and workplace presentation.
- Lead and manage the spa team by supervising, motivating, coaching, and supporting staff to maintain high standards of performance and service.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs and service standards, including proper delivery of treatments, use of equipment, workplace safety, and applicable Singapore regulations.
- Drive sales and business performance through treatment bookings, memberships, packages, product recommendations, customer retention, and achievement of agreed KPIs and targets.
- Support promotions and business initiatives, including new treatment launches and activities aimed at increasing revenue and customer engagement.
- Monitor and report operational performance, including sales, staff performance, inventory, treatments, and key operational matters to Management.
- Deliver an excellent customer experience by ensuring professional service and handling customer enquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and appropriately.
- Build strong customer relationships and implement suitable follow-up and service initiatives to encourage repeat visits, loyalty, and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain proper records and operational controls, including inventory, treatment, sales, staff performance, equipment, and other spa-related records.
- Promote a positive and professional workplace by maintaining respectful conduct, supporting teamwork, addressing service or operational issues appropriately, and fostering a safe and harassment-free environment.
