Operations Executive, Clinical Finance (Healthcare)

What you'll be doing
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and operational planning activities across healthcare service units
- Monitor operational performance, workload trends, KPIs, and utilisation reports across multiple sites
- Assist in service costing, financial analysis, and feasibility assessments for new and existing healthcare services
- Track CAPEX utilisation and support operational finance reporting and analysis
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations to support management decision-making and resource planning
- Work closely with Finance and operational stakeholders on reporting, budgeting, and service planning matters
- Support process improvement, operational analytics, and ad-hoc projects within the department
What we're looking for
- Bachelor Degree in Business, Finance, Healthcare Management, Analytics, Accountancy, or related disciplines
- Strong analytical, coordination, and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data reporting tools
- Comfortable working with data, financial information, and operational reports
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
- Organised, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience in healthcare, operations, finance, analytics, or planning roles will be advantageous
