Key Responsibilities
- Client Presentation & Training: Deliver product presentations, training sessions and demonstrations to clients, ensuring they understand the company's products and services and how to utilise them effectively.
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's client base and increase market presence.
- Sales & Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute effective sales and marketing strategies aligned with business objectives and growth targets.
- Client Relationship Management: Manage and strengthen relationships with existing clients by providing timely support and ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
- Business Opportunity Development: Identify potential growth opportunities and develop innovative approaches to drive revenue and expand the business.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders to facilitate effective collaboration and business development.
- Market Research & Product Enhancement: Gather client feedback, conduct market research and contribute insights towards the continuous enhancement of products and services to improve the overall client experience.
Key Requirements
- Education: Degree in Finance, Business, Marketing or a related discipline is preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant front-office experience within a bank, brokerage firm, fund management company or other financial services institution. Candidates should have prior experience managing and servicing Chinese-speaking clients .
- Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to assess complex situations and develop practical solutions.
- Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and build strong relationships with external clients and stakeholders.
- Presentation & Client Management: Strong presentation, negotiation and client relationship management skills, with the ability to engage clients and develop long-term relationships.
- Personal Attributes: Passionate about engaging with people, proactive in pursuing opportunities, adaptable and motivated by continuous learning and new challenges.
- Language Proficiency: Bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese is required to effectively communicate with Chinese-speaking clients and counterparts in China.
- Investment Knowledge: A strong interest in financial markets and investments will be an added advantage.
