Job Description
Duties & Responsibilitiesinclude:
Taking off quantities, sourcingsub-contractors & suppliers, pricing and preparation of tender submission
Evaluation of price comparison andcosting summary
Project administration anddocumentation include preparation of interim valuations, pricing and agreementof contract variations, update claim submissions, preparation of final accounts
Carry out site measurement
Evaluation and certification ofsub-contractors progress payments
Prepare project progress claim
Other quantity surveying relatedduties
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Degree Holders in Quantity Surveying/ Building or equivalent from a recognized Institution/ University
Minimum 5 years working experiencein building construction
Knowledge of building condition of contract
Self-motivation. Willing to learnand hard working.
Proficient in Microsoft Office,AutoCAD
