Job Description
- Design, develop, and optimize AI algorithms integrating sensor technology with multimodal large language models.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing research team to foster innovation and collaboration.
- Conduct large-scale training, evaluation, and fine-tuning of deep learning models.
- Drive research initiatives based on the latest academic and industry breakthroughs.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure project success and technological impact.
The Successful Applicant
- The ideal candidate holds a Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related fields focused on AI, machine learning, or computer vision.
- Expertise in transformer architectures, vision-language models, supervised fine-tuning, and reinforcement learning with human feedback is essential.
- Proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch is required.
- Strong leadership and team management experience are important.
- Publications in top AI conferences and industry experience are preferred.
