Duties:
- Assist with technical investigations and troubleshooting of electronic products and components according to established procedures.
- Extract and retrieve product data and logs using designated tools, laptops and equipment.
- Perform data entry, uploading and documentation in internal and external management systems.
- Monitor and update records in relevant systems, preparing periodic summaries and reports.
- Coordinate the collection, packing and shipment of faulty components for further technical investigation when required.
- Maintain inventory records and follow up on collected components to ensure proper tracking.
- Travel to workshops and service centres as required to support technical operations.
Job Requirements
NITEC, Higher NITEC or Diploma in Engineering, Electronics or a related discipline.
