Job Description

- Position Title: Purchasing & Inventory Executive
- Working Location: MacPherson (walking distance from MRT)
- Working Hours: Monday - Friday (8.30AM – 5.00PM)
- Salary Package: Basic up to $3500 + AWS
- Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Purchasing and Inventory Manager and cover duties during their absence.
- Monitor purchase orders, shipments, and ensure timely arrival of goods.
- Liaise with suppliers and freight forwarders on orders and shipping schedules.
- Maintain accurate SAP records: receiving items, stock adjustments, repacking, and updating product labels.
- Conduct inventory checks and resolve discrepancies with the warehouse team.
- Prepare monthly reports, clearance lists, marine cargo insurance declarations, and ETA schedules.

- Manage SAP adjustments for stock movements, repacking, and non-sales items.
- Assist with year-end stock take and update stock counts (may require overtime with compensatory off).
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

- 3–5 years’ experience in Purchasing and Inventory management.
- Proficient in SAP, Incoterms, and MS Office (Excel intermediate).
- Experience in the food industry is an advantage.
