Order Processing Coordinator

Working Arrangement: 5.5 days/week
Working Hours: 8AM - 5PM (Monday - Friday), 8AM - 12PM(Saturday)
Key Responsibilities
- Perform duties of order processing coordination with various internal parties to ensure all sales orders are fulfilled efficiently and in timely manner
- Handle and manage all sales divisions’ orders and requests with professionalism
- Handle day to day transactional activities
- Liaise with relevant internal parties to manage and resolve all issues related to order fulfilment
- Monitor and follow up on pending orders and backlog statuses
- Negotiate price with supplier
- Key in cash sales order (excel file) & monitor back-to-back payment to supplier with finance
- COO Application, Prepare Cash Voucher, Prepare CIPL, Goods Return Processing
- Monitor Local Indent Fund
Key Requirements
- GCE ‘A’ Levels or its equivalent
- 1 to 2 years’ relevant working experience in order fulfilment management or logistics operations preferably in Marine/Offshore industry
- Preferably with knowledge of SAP / Asurix
- Meticulous and independent individual, with sense of initiative and able to work under minimal supervision
- Service-oriented mind-set and attitude and able to deal with non-routine operations
- Ability to multi-task and cope with stress in fast paced environment
