About the Role
Faculty Digital is looking for a UX & UI Designer to craft intuitive, visually polished experiences across our web products. You'll own design work end-to-end — from user research and wireframes through high-fidelity UI — with a strong focus on responsive web design that works seamlessly across desktop, tablet, and mobile.
What You'll Do
- Design user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI for responsive web applications
- Conduct user research and usability testing; translate findings into design improvements
- Build and maintain design systems, style guides, and reusable component libraries
- Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers from concept through launch
- Ensure designs meet accessibility standards (WCAG) and perform well across browsers and devices
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design for web products
- Proven track record in responsive web design with a portfolio to show for it
- Proficiency in Figma (or similar tools) for design, prototyping, and handoff
- Solid grasp of interaction design, information architecture, and visual design principles
- Strong communication skills and comfort presenting design decisions to stakeholders
Nice to Have
- Frontend development skills — HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or experience with frameworks like React
- Experience working within an agile product team
- Familiarity with design tokens and developer handoff workflows
