RoleOverview:
We arelooking for a dynamic PR Executive to join our SEAPAC team. This role is idealfor a young professional passionate about beauty, social media, and influencermarketing. You will be the key point of contact for press and KOLs inSingapore, managing day-to-day PR operations and events and directly reportingto the Marketing & Communication SEAPAC Director.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the main contact for media,influencers, and makeup artists.
- Manage press assets: samples, imagery, pressreleases, campaign materials.
- Proactive and reactive pitching to securecoverage across priority titles.
- Coordinate interviews, Q&As, and awardsubmissions.
- Influencer & Social Media Support
- Manage ongoing product seeding and creativemailers.
- Support influencer collaborations (briefing,follow-up, content delivery).
- Plan and execute PR event & TripManagement (Handle guest lists, logistics, suppliers, venues, and budgets + Ensureseamless execution and impactful brand experiences).
- Monthly PR reports and EMV tracking.
Profile Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications,Marketing, or related field.
- Strong interest in beauty industry.
- Excellent knowledge of social mediaplatforms, especially TikTok and Instagram.
- Creative, organized, and detail-oriented withstrong communication skills.
- Previous internship or experience inPR/communications in a brand or PR agency is a plus.
- Fluent in English, French is an advantage.
