Our client is a well-established Singapore home-grown fashion label recognised for its contemporary designs, quality craftsmanship, and commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience. They are seeking passionate and customer-focused Retail Associates to join their retail team.
This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy fashion, styling, and building meaningful relationships with customers in a premium retail environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver a warm, personalised, and professional customer experience.
- Understand customers' needs and provide styling and product recommendations.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Develop in-depth product knowledge, including garment features, fit, and fabric details.
- Assist with visual merchandising and maintain high standards of store presentation.
- Perform cashiering duties, stock replenishment, and inventory management.
- Support day-to-day retail operations and contribute positively to the team.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 to 3 years of retail sales experience, preferably in fashion, lifestyle, beauty, or premium retail.
- Passion for fashion, styling, and delivering excellent customer service.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Results-oriented and able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Able to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays, based on roster.
