Role Description The Product & Sales Executive – Consumer Lifestyle & Healthcare is a full-time hybrid role based in Singapore, with a mix of on-site work and some work-from-home flexibility. This role is responsible for managing product portfolios across consumer lifestyle and healthcare categories, including monitoring product performance, coordinating launches, and supporting merchandising activities. Day-to-day tasks include prospecting and engaging customers, presenting product solutions, managing key accounts, and driving sales growth through retail, online, and channel partners. The executive will handle customer inquiries, ensure high service standards, and gather market feedback to support product development and marketing initiatives. The role also involves preparing sales reports, forecasting, and collaborating with internal teams such as marketing, operations, and finance to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including clear presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Candidates should possess solid Sales skills, including prospecting, closing, and revenue growth in consumer or healthcare-related products.
- Candidates should possess effective Customer Service skills, ensuring responsive support and positive end-user and partner experiences.
- Candidates should possess Account Management skills, including relationship-building, retention, and performance tracking for key accounts.
- Candidates should possess Business Development skills, including identifying new opportunities, channels, and partnerships.
- Experience in consumer electronics, lifestyle products, or healthcare products is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills, with proficiency in Excel and basic CRM or sales management tools.
- Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams, with good time management and organizational skills.
- Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred; equivalent experience in sales and product roles will be considered.
