Responsibilities
- Maintain and troubleshoot office and plant facilities, including electrical, HVAC, plumbing, lighting, and fire protection systems.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure equipment reliability and minimize downtime.
- Coordinate contractors and vendors for maintenance, repairs, inspections, and improvement works.
- Manage office/plant infrastructure, renovations, relocations, and facility improvement projects.
- Monitor utilities usage and implement energy-saving and cost-reduction initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, fire protection, and regulatory requirements.
- Manage facility assets, maintenance records, budgets, procurement, and spare parts.
- Prepare reports and support continuous improvement and sustainability initiatives.
Requirements
- Diploma or ITE Technical Certification in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Facilities Management, Building Services Engineering, Mechatronics, or related disciplines.
- 2-3 years of experience in facilities maintenance, building services, or a similar technician role.
- Strong technical knowledge of electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and building maintenance systems.
- Experience in preventive maintenance planning, contractor/vendor management, and facilities troubleshooting.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
