What you will be working on (training will be provided):
- Front counter duties including patient registration and answering phone and email inquiries
- Schedule patient appointments
- Prepare and dispense medications
- Assist in inventory and perform stock take
- Maintain clinic cleanliness
- Manage insurance claims submissions (including corporate insurance), applying for letter of guarantee and pre-authorisation
- Perform cashiering duties
- Assist doctor and chaperone whenever necessary
REQUIREMENTS
- At least 2 years of relevant working experience within the healthcare industry.
- Preferably with hands-on experience using PLATO.
- Familiarity with insurance billing, claims submission and TPA liaison work would be an advantage.
- Salary will commensurate with the candidate's experience.
