- Position Title: Project Manager (Construction)
- Working Location: Islandwide (office at Ubi)
- Working Hours: 5.5 days (Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 5.30pm, Saturday 8.30am - 12.30pm)
- Salary Package: Basic + AWS + Performance Bonus+ Transport Allowance
- Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily construction activities and provide timely project updates to management.
- Lead project teams, site supervisors, workers, contractors, and suppliers.
- Plan and allocate manpower, materials, and equipment to prevent shortages and delays.
- Monitor project progress and ensure work meets schedule, quality, and safety requirements.
- Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
- Control manpower and project costs to ensure efficient use of resources.
- Attend or chair project and site meetings.
- Identify project risks and implement appropriate contingency measures.
- Oversee quality inspections and workplace safety and health compliance.
- Prepare project progress reports and maintain accurate records.
- Ensure changes to drawings, specifications, and work scopes are properly documented.
- Maintain site documents and records according to ISO requirements.
- Perform other duties assigned by management.

- Diploma in Civil Engineering, Building, or an equivalent qualification.
- At least 5 years of relevant construction experience.
- Able to read and understand 2D/3D CAD and Revit BIM drawings.
- Good knowledge of construction processes, building regulations, and workplace safety requirements.
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work six days per week at construction sites and factory premises if required.
- Comfortable accessing construction sites and rooftops when required.
- Posses a Class 2/3 driving licence and own transport.
