Work Location: One Raffles Quay
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage in-house event venues, including event planning and execution support for client and internal events.
- Support event organizers end-to-end, ensuring compliance with office, safety, and venue requirements.
- Manage event logistics, including catering, setup, security coordination, printing, and stakeholder management.
- Oversee event spaces, facilities, furniture, and IT equipment, and coordinate repairs where required.
- Manage venue chargebacks, review vendor invoices, and support financial reporting activities.
- Provide lunch-break coverage for reception and backup support for office services operations.
- Support daily workplace experience and ad hoc operational activities as assigned.
Requirements:
- Experience in workplace experience, office operations, hospitality, facilities management, or event management.
- Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills.
- Able to manage multiple events and operational activities concurrently.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced corporate environment.
