Air-Conditioning Servicing Trainer

We are seeking an experienced Air-Conditioning Servicing Trainer to conduct training programmes for technicians, apprentices, and learners in HVAC and air-conditioning servicing. The trainer will deliver classroom and practical hands-on training, assess learner competency, and support the development of technical training materials and certification programmes.
Key Responsibilities
Training Delivery
- Conduct classroom and practical training on: Air-conditioning fundamentals & HVAC systems
Practical Training
- Demonstrate servicing procedures
Assessment & Evaluation
- Conduct practical and written assessments.
- Evaluate learner competency and provide feedback.
- Maintain assessment records and attendance.
Industry & Technical Support
- Keep training materials updated with industry standards.
- Share real-life servicing experience and case studies.
- Support academy events, workshops, and recruitment activities.
Requirements
Education
- NITEC, Higher NITEC, Diploma, or equivalent in HVAC, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field.
Experience
- Air-conditioning servicing experience.
- Prior training, coaching, or mentoring experience preferred.
