Job Description & Requirements
We are looking for a reliable and proactive Operations Executive to manage day-to-day business activities and support the smooth functioning of our operations. This is a dynamic role that involves coordination, communication, and organization across multiple functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
- Handle hiring and onboarding processes
- Submit weekly and monthly operational reports
- Order and manage inventory of consumables
- Monitor staff attendance at various sites
- Coordinate and conduct meetings with clients
Requirements:
- Proven experience in an operations, admin, or coordination role
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Good communication and client-facing abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Driving license is a plus
