Crewing Executive (Ship Management)

Responsibilities
- Prepare crew change and rotation plans for rehirable crew in coordination with the Senior Manager - Crewing
- Develop crew line-ups and submit for Senior Manager - Crewing approval
- Maintain and update crew personal data and plan crew changes accurately
- Verify validity of crew travel documents, STCW certificates, and licenses to ensure compliance
- Process travel documents, visa applications, air ticketing, and arrange pre-employment medical exams for directly employed crew
- Prepare Seafarers Contracts of Employment in consultation with the Assistant Crewing Manager
- Organize briefing sessions for Masters and Chief Engineers in Singapore
- Liaise effectively with crew suppliers to coordinate crew logistics
- Compile crew Protection & Indemnity (P&I) insurance claims accurately
- Review and verify monthly invoices related to crew management
- Enter and update crew personal data into Personnel Software systems
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the Senior Manager - Crewing
