Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware (PCs, laptops, printers, network devices)
- Install and upgrade software applications and operating systems
- Provide technical support to end-users (onsite or remote)
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
- Perform routine maintenance and system updates
- Manage IT inventory (equipment, licenses, accessories)
- Set up user accounts, emails, and access permissions
- Ensure systems comply with IT security policies
- Liaise with vendors or service providers when required
- Maintain documentation of IT processes and incidents
