We are looking for a motivated and experienced Consultant to join our team. You will be responsible for delivering professional training programmes to our business partners and clients, while supporting the development of long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct professional training and workshops for business partners and clients.
- Develop and customise training content based on clients’ needs and requirements.
- Demonstrate products, treatments, techniques and best practices during training sessions.
- Assess trainees’ understanding and provide practical guidance and feedback.
- Coordinate training schedules and work closely with clients to ensure smooth training delivery.
- Provide product knowledge, operational guidance and post-training support to clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Identify opportunities for additional training and business collaboration.
- Keep updated on industry trends, techniques and product knowledge.
Requirements
- Experience in training, beauty, wellness, aesthetics, retail or a related industry.
- Strong presentation, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable conducting training for individuals and groups.
- Able to customise training according to different client requirements.
- Confident, professional and service-oriented.
- Willing to travel to client locations when required.
- Previous experience working with business clients or conducting professional training will be an advantage.
