Job Description & Requirements
Responsibilities
- Meet with clients to understand project goals, requirements, budget, and timeline.
- Develop design concepts, mood boards, and space-planning solutions.
- Create drawings, layouts, and 3D visualizations using design software.
- Select materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, fixtures, and accessories.
- Prepare presentations, specifications, and design documentation.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors.
- Ensure designs comply with building codes, safety regulations, and accessibility standards.
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and procurement activities.
- Conduct site visits and supervise project implementation.
- Resolve design and construction issues throughout the project lifecycle.
- Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and sustainable design practic
Requirement:
- Proficiency in design software ：AUTOCAD , 3DS MAX , ADOBE PHOTOSHOP, ADOBE ILLUSTRATOR, SHETCH UP....
- Knowledge of space planning and furniture layouts.
- Understanding of materials, finishes, lighting, and color theory.
- Familiarity with building codes and construction methods.
- Ability to prepare technical drawings and specifications.
- Able to work under pressure and meet tight dealines , with flexbility to work extended hours when required
