- Drive new client acquisition through networks, referrals, and strategic outreach
- Build and manage long-term relationships with HNW and UHNW clients
- Deliver holistic wealth advisory spanning investments and structuring
- Advise on portfolio strategy, asset allocation, and investment solutions
- Partner with specialists to develop bespoke estate and succession plans
- Maintain regulatory compliance and oversee on-boarding processes
- Contribute to business growth and mentor junior colleagues
The Successful Applicant
- Proven experience in private banking, wealth management, or family office environments
- Strong track record in client acquisition and growing assets under management
- Solid understanding of investments and wealth structuring principles
- Ability to lead client discussions and coordinate multi-disciplinary advisor
- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks including KYC and AML requirements
- Degree in finance, economics, law, or related discipline; relevant certifications are advantageous (e.g. CFA, CFP, CAIA, TEP, or equivalent)
