Join our dynamic Corporate Banking Technology team as a Technical SME specializing in Salesforce CRM and Financial Services Cloud (FSC) .

In this role, you will play a key part in designing, implementing, and enhancing Salesforce FSC solutions that support business transformation and operational excellence across financial services. You will bridge the gap between business requirements and technology, working closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, cybersecurity specialists, and external vendors.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement system enhancements, ensuring seamless integration with existing banking systems.
• Analyse, design, and implement Salesforce FSC solutions and Tableau BI dashboards in alignment with business requirements.
• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Salesforce CRM and related technologies.
• Evaluate and optimize Salesforce CRM workflows, recommending and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and mitigate operational risks.
• Provide technical guidance to internal teams and external vendors, promoting innovation and continuous improvement.
• Conduct regular training sessions for end-users to maximise effective utilisation of Salesforce CRM tools and capabilities.
• Monitor industry trends, regulatory developments, and emerging technologies relevant to Salesforce CRM and financial services, providing strategic insights to management.
• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams, ensuring clear communication and accurate translation of business requirements into technical solutions.
• Lead and support system testing, troubleshooting, deployment, and post-implementation activities.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to implement and maintain robust security controls for Salesforce CRM environments.
• Support project initiatives from conception through implementation, ensuring delivery within agreed scope, timelines, and quality standards.

Requirements

• Degree in Finance, Information Technology, Computer Science , or a related discipline.
• Proven experience in a technology lead or technical SME role within the banking or financial services industry.
• Strong experience with Salesforce CRM, particularly Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) , preferably within a corporate banking environment.
• Hands-on experience in Salesforce FSC and Tableau BI dashboard development .
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to translate business requirements into practical and scalable technology solutions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Good understanding of banking regulatory compliance, information security, and risk management practices .
• Demonstrated project management experience, with the ability to lead and execute initiatives from conception to completion.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Experience working with internal technology teams, business users, vendors, and system integrators is highly desirable.
