- Review incoming credit requests for completeness and accuracy, and convert to concise, accurately recorded credit facilities.
- Prepare Credit Approvals (CAs), prescreening of Mortgage applications, track CA progress during approval process, and ensure approvals are received in compliance with policy/recorded in database accurately.
- Maintain accurate insurance records and controls to ensure timely follow-up and renewals of required insurance for equipment and equipment liability.
- Perform data entry for Mortgage facility.
- Retrieval of portfolio and related credit information for internal and external auditors as well as contribute to achieving acceptable audit ratings.
- Liaise with Sales team to ensure proper follow up on queries during the review of documentation.
- Will be expected to rotate and support various other administrative duties such as handling emails pertaining to property valuation, prepare and send out letter of instructions to vendors, data reconciliations.
