Job Description:
- Manage the lifecycle of assigned products and business applications
- Develop and maintain product/application roadmaps aligned with business objectives.
- Identify opportunities for new products, features, integrations, and system improvements.
- Monitor application performance, availability, usability, and overall user satisfaction.
- Ensure applications remain scalable, secure, maintainable, and fit for business needs.
- Review existing applications and identify opportunities for optimization and modernization.
- Manage application enhancements, upgrades,integrations, and new implementations
- Work with senior management and business stakeholders to understand strategic priorities.
- Convert business strategies into practical product and technology initiatives.
- Develop product vision, objectives, roadmaps,and delivery plans.
- Conduct market, competitor, and technology research where relevant.
- Define and track product KPIs and success metrics.
- Translate business requirements into clear user stories, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria.
- Lead, coordinate, and support the application/product team.
- Assign tasks and priorities based on project requirements and team capabilities.
- Mentor and develop team members to improve technical, product, and business capabilities.
- Establish effective ways of working across product, application, development, QA, infrastructure, and business teams.
- Monitor team workload, performance, and delivery commitments.
- Provide guidance and support in resolving complex application and project issues.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology,Software Engineering, Business, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Relevant professional certifications in Product Management, Project Management, IT Service Management, or Business Analysis are an advantage.
- Minimum 2-4 years of relevant experience in product management, application management, software development, IT project management, business analysis, or a similar role.
- Demonstrated experience delivering projects from concept to implementation.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and multiple business stakeholders.
- Experience managing or leading application/product teams is highly desirable.
- Experience working with external vendors, implementation partners, or technology providers is an advantage.
- Able to communicate effectively with senior management, business users, developers, and technical specialists.
- Approaches complex problems logically and focuses on practical, sustainable solutions.
- Strong ability to turn plans and ideas into delivered outcomes.
- Able to coach, mentor, motivate, and develop team members.
