- Position Title: Outdoor Sales Representative
- Working Location: Tuas (Transport provided in Woodlands & Choa Chu Kang MRT)
- Working Hours: 5.5 days (Mon – Fri, 8.30pm-5.30pm; Sat, 8.30am - 1.00pm)
- Salary Package: Basic salary $3,000 + AWS + Commission + Variable Bonus
- Duration: Permanent Role
Key Responsibilities
- Manage regular customer accounts.
- Coordinate with customers and external departments for deliveries.
- Handle customer inquiries and process sales, purchase, and delivery orders.
- Persuade clients with knowledge of our housebrand products.
- Respond to customer queries and manage phone calls.
- Using office software and online resources effectively.
- Develop sales and business opportunities.
- Promote and sell products to new customers.
- Understand customer needs and offer customized solutions.
- Conduct market research and analysis.
- Meet sales targets, KPIs, and report results.
- Provide excellent customer service and support.

- GCE 'O' Level or equivalent.
