Job Responsibilities:
- Support the recruitment team in day-to-day hiring activities and recruitment administration.
- Assist with job postings across various recruitment platforms and job portals.
- Source and screen potential candidates based on job requirements.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates on interview arrangements, outcomes, and required documentation.
- Assist with offer preparation, pre-employment checks, and onboarding coordination.
- Perform general HR administrative duties and other recruitment-related tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Organised and meticulous with good attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Proactive, resourceful, and a good team player.
