Main Purpose Of Role
This is a strategic role to oversee large scale multi-faceted logistics hub. We are looking for a dynamic leader to elevate the business strategically.
Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for cost management - P & L
- Develop creative solutions to both internal & external operational challenges
- Establish, maintain & develop strong relationship with clients
- Act as the clients’ “centre of gravity” on implementations & issue resolution
- Plan & execute regular client meetings to discuss process, issues, mitigations & introduce development opportunities
- Ensure on time infrastructure in place & SOP compliance in operations
- Introduce best practice sharing to ensure optimized operations are delivered under the highest service quality
- Ensure that client’s routine reports including monthly report & internal scorecard are prepared timely & accurately
- Relevant degree or an equivalent qualification
- At least 7-10 years of experience in logistics/warehouse environment
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office including MS Excel, PowerPoint
- Strong hands-on experience in data analysis
- Strong people management and team leadership capability
- Excellent interpersonal, communication & negotiation skills
- Consistent ability to meet & adhere to deadlines
- Passion, initiative & result-oriented drive to continuously develop & work with creativity & innovation
- Solid operational background including supply chain operations – ocean, air & local origin services
- Experienced in project implementation is an advantage
- strong in comms skills, data compilations, power point presentations
- Work location: Alps Ave
- Company transport provided at Ang Mo Kio, Seng Kang, Tampines, Tanah Merah
