Title: SAP Finance AP and CO Lead

Primary Purpose

As an SAP AP and CO LeadConsultant, you will lead finance transformation initiatives with a focus andwork closely with business stakeholder and technical teams to delivery scalableand efficient solutions on management accounting, Account Payable and controllingprocesses across SAP platforms.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of SAP Accounts Payable (AP) and Controlling (CO) solutions within SAP S/4 HANA Finance domain.
• Drive end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process design, including invoice processing, vendor management, and payment runs
• Define cost allocation cycles, planning, budgeting, and variance analysis frameworks
• Ensure alignment with business performance management and reporting needs
• Ensure alignment with accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and internal controls
• Lead functional workstream delivery across SAP S/4HANA implementations, upgrades, and rollouts.
• Drive adoption of S/4HANA innovations such as Universal Journal and real-time analytics
• Conduct workshops to gather and analyse business requirements for financial track.
• Translate requirements into functional design and configuration specifications
• Collaborate with FI, MM, SD, and cross-functional teams to ensure end-to-end integration
• Collaborate with technical (ABAP) teams for enhancements, interfaces, and integrations
• Design and review functional specifications for RICEF objects
• Support data migration, testing (SIT/UAT), and cutover activities

Technical Responsibilities

• Configure and drive SAP FI-AP modules and key processes, including:
• Vendor master data
• Invoice posting and validation
• Automatic payment program (F110)
• Withholding tax and tax integration
• Configure and drive SAP FI-CO modules and key processes, including:
• Cost Center Accounting (COCCA)
• Profit Center Accounting (PCA)
• Internal Orders
• Product Costing (PC)
• Profitability Analysis (COPA - account-based & costing-based)
• Variance Calculations, Over Heads, WIP Calculations Settlement
• Actual Price Calculation, Budget Planning

• Nice to have experience in :
• Asset Accounting and REFX
• Fund Management and Grant Management

Role Requirement

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related discipline
• Over 10 years of SAP experience, including at least 5 years with S/4HANA
• Completed a minimum of 3 end-to-end implementation projects (lasting at least 4 years in total), with at least 2 of them being S/4HANA projects
• More than 5 years of team lead experience
• Has managed and led at least 3 team members
• Has worked on projects involving at least 20 company codes and/or plants
