Job Summary
Play a critical role in delivering Singapore's next major infrastructure project by developing and managing precise 2D drawings and 3D BIM models that ensure project accuracy and coordination across teams.
Responsibilities
- Develop, update, and manage detailed 2D drawings and 3D BIM models in compliance with company and authority standards to support project delivery
- Collaborate with technical and engineering teams to identify and resolve design clashes and implement necessary revisions
- Maintain accurate, real-time documentation and coordinate seamless data integration within the internal project network to ensure project alignment
Required competencies and certifications
- Diploma or Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering, Architecture, or a related technical discipline
- Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on experience in drafting and BIM modelling for infrastructure or construction projects
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or Bentley software
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset to enhance model accuracy and project outcomes
