- Strong development experience in Unix/Linux environments
- Proficiency in Python development and automation is a plus.
- Experience in object-based automation/RPA solutions
- Hands-on experience with dashboarding and monitoring tools, including Power Automate, ELK and OAPM
- Proven Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) experience
- Fast learner with the ability to quickly adapt to new automation technologies and operational requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain automation solutions using Python and Unix/Linux technologies.
- Build and enhance object-based automation workflows leveraging RPA platforms and frameworks.
- Develop reusable automation components to streamline operational processes and reduce manual intervention.
- Design application monitoring and infrastructure performance using observability platforms.
- Create and maintain operational dashboards, reports, and visualizations using ELK, OAPM, and related tools.
- Implement Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) practices to improve system availability, scalability, and resilience.
- Collaborate with infrastructure, application, and operations teams to automate operational tasks and improve service delivery.
- Document automation solutions, operational procedures, and technical designs.
