Job Description
- Manage daily IT operations for HQ and construction project sites.
- Provide IT support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, network and users.
- Manage Microsoft 365, user accounts, servers, network, Wi-Fi, VPN and IT security.
- Set up and maintain IT infrastructure for new project/site offices.
- Support AutoCAD, Revit, BIM and other construction-related software.
- Manage IT equipment, software licences and asset inventory.
- Coordinate with IT vendors and service providers.
- Manage data backup, cybersecurity and system access.
- Handle employee IT onboarding and offboarding.
- Recommend and implement IT system improvements.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in IT, Computer Science or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant IT experience.
- Experience in construction/engineering industry is an advantage.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft 365, networking, hardware, software and cybersecurity.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD/Revit/BIM environment is an advantage.
- Able to troubleshoot IT issues independently.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Able to support multiple construction sites when required.
