Locations available: Boon Lay OR West side polyclinics OR Admiralty / Bukit Merah / Jurong
Job Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and implement treatment needed for different conditioned patients in the primary care setting.
- Formulate a diagnosis and implement the right therapy modalities based on the medical condition and evaluate the intervention with appropriate outcome measures.
- Educate patients and family members, caregivers as well as the communities and population at large on preventive of falls and the continued treatment of disorders.
- Contribute towards continuous quality improvement in the department and provide guidance to trainees and students.
Requirements:
- Degree in Physiotherapy with full Physiotherapy AHPC registration (F-reg)
- At least 1 - 2 years of Physiotherapist work experience
- Passion to work in primary care / community settings
