We are looking for a hardworking and responsible Food Production Cook to prepare and cook food in a central kitchen or food production environment. The role focuses on maintaining food quality, hygiene, consistency, and efficiency according to company standards and production schedules.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook food according to recipes, SOPs, and production requirements
- Perform food preparation tasks such as cutting, marinating, portioning, and packing
- Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation of food products
- Operate kitchen equipment and machinery safely and properly
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of kitchen, workstations, and equipment
- Monitor food stock levels and assist with inventory control
- Follow food safety and hygiene regulations at all times
- Assist in receiving and checking raw ingredients and supplies
- Support production targets and ensure timely completion of orders
Requirements
- Experience in kitchen, food production, or central kitchen environment preferred
- Basic knowledge of food preparation and cooking techniques
- Familiar with food hygiene and safety standards
- Able to work in a fast-paced production environment
- Physically fit and able to stand for long hours
- Responsible, disciplined, and team-oriented
- Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required

- Fast-paced and temperature-controlled kitchen environment
