Job Responsibilities:
- Support compensation operations through payment processing and billing administration
- Assist with administrative coordination and workflow management for the medical team
- Manage, organise, and validate large datasets accurately
- Prepare reports, trackers, and payment-related documentation
- Check data for discrepancies, errors, and unusual trends
- Support billing and financial processing to ensure timely and accurate completion
- Use Excel to improve workflows and streamline recurring administrative tasks
- Assist in process improvement initiatives using Excel or automation tools where applicable
- Perform other HR administrative duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Diploma in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or related field
- Good with data handling, reporting, and analysis
- Meticulous with strong attention to detail
- Good organisational skills and able to manage repetitive tasks accurately
- Prior HR, finance, payroll, or compensation administration experience preferred
