Role Overview
We are seeking an AI & Data Engineer to design, deploy, and scale production-ready data pipelines and generative AI architectures on AWS. You will build robust data infrastructures, advanced RAG systems, and autonomous agentic workflows using cloud-native, serverless systems.
Key Responsibilities
- AI Architecture : Design RAG pipelines, vector stores, and embedding workflows on AWS.
- Agentic Workflows : Write clean, serverless code for autonomous AI agent systems.
- Data Pipelines : Build secure, scalable data ingestion pipelines with business stakeholders.
- AI Guardrails : Deploy evaluation metrics and safety guardrails for live AI models.
- Performance : Optimize algorithms for high-performance data processing, retrieval, and inference.
- Quality & Compliance : Drive end-to-end testing (unit/E2E) while ensuring data governance and security compliance.
- Agile Delivery : Participate actively in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Requirements
- Education : Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- AI Experience : 3+ years of professional experience with LLMs and agentic AI workflows.
- Tech Stack : Proficiency in Python with 1+ years of hands-on exposure to AWS AI services.
- DevOps : Experience working in Agile environments with cloud-based CI/CD pipelines.
