Service Technician

Responsibilities
- Perform onsite troubleshooting, repair, servicing, and preventive maintenance of heavy equipment and machinery.
- Diagnose electrical, and hydraulic faults using diagnostic tools.
- Conduct equipment inspections, testing, and commissioning.
- Provide operator training on equipment operation and basic maintenance.
- Prepare service reports and maintain accurate service records.
- Respond to customer service requests and provide technical support.
- Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with company safety standards.
Requirements
- Higher Nitec or Diploma in Electrical, Automotive, Mechatronics, or a related engineering discipline.
- At least 1 year of experience in field service or equipment maintenance.
- Hands-on experience troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
