Hiring: Assistant Trainers for Peak Period Short-Term IMDA Project (15-20 October)
No experience needed | Guaranteed Pay | Training Provided

We are looking for freelance trainers (with or without experience) to join us for a 4-day IMDA project running from 15th to 20th October 2026 , daily from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM (excluding weekends), with a 56 hours mandatory training to be completed before 15th October 2026.

Key Details:

• Commitment : Full 4-day availability from 15-20 October (excluding weekends). 56 hours training flexi but mandatory to complete before 15th October (we have 4-hour block training to pick daily).
• Time : 8:00 AM - 2:00 PM daily on 15-20th October. While training is flexible from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
• Rate : $950 guaranteed ($700 for 4 work days, $250 for training) , regardless of deployment in or outside office
• If deployed after 2:00 PM, we will top up the difference based on peak period trainer rates.
• Rate: Additional $18 per hour if you are deployed as Main Trainer during 8AM to 2PM.
• Location : Ubi (office) OR islandwide schools. Final deployment location will be confirmed closer to the date
• If you are not deployed to school, you will be in our office during the hours mentioned

Requirements:

• Able to commit to all 4 work days (15th to 20th October) + 56 hours training. Applicants who can commit to at least 3 days will also be considered.
• Punctual and responsible
• Training materials and guidance will be provided
• Mandatory training will be provided to you
• Main Trainer role requires a Diploma OR A Levels , or an Assistant role will be automatically assigned to you
• Have a VALID MOE IRS registered (we will assist you if you do not have it)
• Locals and valid pass holders only
