Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong tenant relationships to support long-termleasing partnerships and ensure tenant satisfaction.
- Manage and oversee leasing matters for assigned retail mall spaces.
- Handle lease negotiations, renewals, expiries, documentation and relatedfollow-ups.
- Review tenant performance and provide recommendations to supportlong-term tenancy plans.
- Identify and propose suitable new brands and retail concepts for themall.
- Support the planning of tenant mix strategies to maximise occupancy andrental returns.
- Prepare leasing reports, updates and other relevant documentation formanagement review.
- Assist in operational matters and guide junior team members when required.
Requirements:
- Degree in Real Estate, Business, or a related discipline, with at least 2years of experience in a retail leasing role.
- Sound knowledge of leasing processes, retail property operations, and tenancy laws.
- Strong negotiation and presentation abilities, with excellent communication skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to manage multiple leasing activities independently.
