Job Responsibilities
- Attend to patients at the clinic reception and provide front desk assistance.
- Handle patient registration and appointment scheduling.
- Coordinate and confirm patient appointments.
- Manage patient records and update information accurately in the clinic system.
- Handle billing, payment collection and other front desk administrative duties.
- Assist with general clinic administration and documentation.
- Maintain a professional and organised reception area.
- Perform other front desk and administrative duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
- With relevant working experience
- PC literate and comfortable using computer systems for administrative work.
