We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Nail Spa Manager to oversee the daily operations of the nail spa, manage staff, drive sales, and ensure a high standard of customer service. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, retail sales, and beauty service management skills.
Key Responsibilities
1. Daily Operations
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the nail spa.
- Ensure smooth appointment scheduling, customer flow, and service delivery.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and workplace safety.
- Ensure equipment, tools, and treatment areas are properly maintained.
- Implement and enforce company SOPs and service standards.
2. Staff Management
- Recruit, train, supervise, and motivate nail technicians and beauty staff.
- Prepare staff schedules and manage manpower allocation.
- Monitor staff attendance, performance, and discipline.
- Conduct training and coaching to improve service quality and productivity.
3. Sales & Business Development
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Promote nail treatments, packages, memberships, and retail products.
- Develop promotions and customer retention initiatives.
- Monitor sales performance and identify opportunities to increase revenue.
- Build relationships with regular customers and encourage referrals.
4. Customer Service
- Ensure excellent customer experience and service quality.
- Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally.
- Resolve service issues promptly and appropriately.
- Monitor customer reviews and implement improvements where necessary.
5. Inventory & Administration
- Monitor stock levels of nail products, beauty products, and consumables.
- Coordinate stock ordering and minimize wastage.
- Monitor daily sales and cash reconciliation.
- Prepare sales and operational reports for management.
Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in nail salon, beauty salon, spa, or retail management preferred.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Good understanding of nail and beauty services.
- Strong sales and customer service skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
Preferred Skills
- Experience managing nail technicians or beauty therapists.
- Strong package and membership sales ability.
- Good customer retention and relationship-building skills.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-management skills.
- Basic knowledge of POS and appointment booking systems.
