Salary : Up to $3,800/mth
Key Responsibilities
- Handle full spectrum of Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) functions.
- Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records.
- Prepare journal entries, month-end closing schedules, and account reconciliations.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly management reports and financial statements.
- Process staff claims, payments, and supplier invoices promptly and accurately.
- Prepare GST schedules and support statutory and tax reporting requirements.
- Liaise with auditors, tax agents, banks, and internal stakeholders during audits and reporting exercises.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow monitoring.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and internal controls.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance finance operations.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related discipline.
- At least 2 years of finance or accounting experience .
- Knowledge of AP, AR, General Ledger, bank reconciliation, and month-end closing.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting/ERP systems.
- Meticulous, organized, and able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
