Responsibilities:
- Support the Project Manager and client's PMO team in planning, tracking, and coordinating project activities to ensure smooth project execution.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, progress reports, dashboards, and other project management documentation.
- Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and dependencies, ensuring any delays or risks are promptly identified and escalated.
- Assist in preparing and consolidating weekly or monthly project status reports for both internal and client stakeholders.
- Track and manage project budgets, resource allocation, and timesheets in alignment with client governance requirements.
- Support project governance activities such as steering committee meetings and project reviews.
- Ensure adherence to the client's project management framework, compliance standards, and documentation templates.
- Coordinate with various workstream leads, vendors, and cross-functional teams to facilitate communication and issue resolution.
- Manage and maintain project documentation repository and ensure proper version control.
- Assist with change request management, risk and issue tracking, and lessons learned documentation.
- Uphold consulting professionalism, maintain confidentiality, and foster strong collaboration with client teams.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any relevant field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as Project Manager or PMO in SharePoint implementation projects (banking or large enterprise preferred).
- Understanding of banking back-office operations (especially in areas of Trade, Remittance, Loan, Deposit, and Treasury), enterprise applications, and cross-border banking platforms.
- Strong project management and stakeholder engagement capabilities
- Ability to manage complex, multi-country and system-related transformation programs
- Good communication skill in both English are preferred to liaise with stakeholders and clients.
- Experience in SSC or offshoring initiatives preferred
- Banking project industry experience is preferred.
