Job Responsibilities职位职责

Brand & Campaign Strategy 品牌与活动策略

• Lead the development and execution of brand, trade, and retail marketing strategies aligned with commercial goals. 主导品牌、渠道与零售营销战略的制定与执行,确保与公司商业目标保持一致。
• Oversee end-to-end campaign planning, product launches, and category growthinitiatives.全面负责营销活动策划、产品上市及品类增长的整体推进。

Customer Engagement &CRM 客户互动与客户关系管理

• Direct customer loyalty, CRM, and retention programs to strengthen customer lifetime value.管理客户忠诚度、CRM及客户维系项目,提升客户生命周期价值。
• Develop data-informed, personalized strategies to improve acquisition, engagement, and repeat purchases.制定数据驱动的个性化策略,提高客户获取、互动与复购率。

Digital & Performance Marketing 数字与效果营销

• Drive digital marketing performance across paid media, SEO/SEM, and social channels.推动数字营销表现,涵盖付费媒体、SEO/SEM及社交渠道。
• Optimize acquisition efficiency, brand visibility, and ROI through continuous testing and improvements.通过持续测试与优化,提高获客效率、品牌知名度及投资回报率。

Retail & Channel Marketing 零售与渠道营销

• Partner with sales and operations teams to deliver effective in-store promotions, seasonal activations, and marketplace growth campaigns.与销售及运营团队合作,开展高效的门店促销、季节性活动及电商平台增长计划。
• Ensure a consistent customer experience across all channels.确保各销售渠道提供一致的客户体验。

Job Requirements 职位要求

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.市场营销、商业、传播或相关专业本科及以上学历。
• Minimum 10 years' progressive marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a senior managerial role. 至少10年市场营销相关经验,其中3年以上高级管理岗位经验。
• Proven success in brand management, digital marketing, CRM, and integrated campaignplanning.在品牌管理、数字营销、客户关系管理及整合活动策划方面有成功经验。
• Strong commercial acumen with ability to link consumer insights to business impact.具备较强商业敏锐度,能够将消费者洞察转化为商业成果。
• Excellent leadership and team management skills track record of building and developinghigh-performing teams.具备卓越的领导力与团队管理能力,有带领高绩效团队的成功经验。
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin preferred.具备良好的沟通与利益相关者管理能力,双语(英文与中文)优先。
