Key Responsibilities
- Identify and convert business opportunities in the Singapore market to drive growth.
- Proactively engage clients through face-to-face meetings, virtual interactions, and consistent follow-ups.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, candidates, and key industry stakeholders.
- Promote the company's HR solutions and enhance employer branding across digital and traditional platforms.
- Represent the company at industry events, networking sessions, and career fairs
- Plan, manage, and optimise digital marketing campaigns via platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn, JobStreet, and MyCareersFuture.
- Tailor proposals to meet client needs and confidently lead commercial negotiations.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or related field
- 5-8 years' experience in BD, recruitment, or HR solutions, preferably in legal & finance sector
- Familiar with cross-border operations in ASEAN and Singapore's FTAs
- Experience in multicultural or regional consulting firms preferred
- Open to local/regional travel for client meetings and events
